I'm Matt Rae. I build websites, take photographs and run workshops for teams.
I design and build small websites in plain HTML, with no CMS or database to look after. They load fast, cost almost nothing to host, and this site is built the same way. I take on landing pages, full sites of four to eight pages, and rebuilds of an existing site.
What you get: the design, the pages, a contact form, SEO basics, redirects from your old URLs, and the full source code when we're done. Not for online stores, web apps or anything with a login.
I shoot landscapes, skyscapes and travel, and I edit everything in Lightroom. You can hire me to shoot a place, a property, an event or a trip, license a photo from the gallery, or buy a print.
What you get: a finished, edited set for a commission. A licence with the rights written down. A print made to order and shipped ready to frame.
I run paid, hands-on sessions for teams, remote or on-site. Topics include Lightroom, Photoshop for photo work, editing workflow, AI in creative work, design systems and prototyping, and how to explain a technical change to people who don't want the technical version.
