I speak at conferences and run workshops and team sessions in Canada, the US and internationally. Topics: AI agents and assistants, photography, design and product management. For paid team training, see Work with me.
I'm Matt Rae, a senior product manager at Adobe working on Photoshop and Lightroom. After more than ten years in product design, product management and creative technology, I can give an audience the technical picture and the view from working directly with photographers and designers.
My talks mix practical workflows, product strategy and community-driven approaches to design. The subject might be Adobe tools, product management, creative workflows or the future of AI agents and assistants in creative work. They work for technical and creative audiences alike.
A sample of recorded sessions. I've spoken at DesignThinkers (RGD), UX Writer Conference, General Assembly, Calgary UX, Terminal, and design communities across North America.
